The ICE Core rightsholders’ repertoire works may not be used for text and data mining, including (without limitation) for the development and training of artificial intelligence, without prior authorisation (such rights having been expressly reserved pursuant to Article 4 of the Copyright Directive (EU) 2019/790 and any laws implementing such Directive, and any other similar exception or limitation).
